[OS X TeX] "Paste Spreadsheet Cells" and csv2latex

When I run paste spreadsheet cells, it retunrns an error:

Applescript Error
Can't open file cells

Similarly, if I select booktabs, it will return:

Applescript Error
Can't open file booktabs

and so on.

If I run csv2latex from the command line, it generates a valid latex table.

I did not see this in the archive, but sinnce there have been many posts 
aobut this macro, mostly concerning its activation, I may have missed it.
