[OS X TeX] Beamer problem with simpdflatex/dvips

Sigh... sorry I missed this. When I compile this using 

% !TEX TS=program = latex

(which uses simpdftex which actually runs latex->dvips->ps2pdf13 by default [I run ps2pdf instead]) I get the correct orentation and page size.

I remember the discussion and I believe the problem with the dvips configuration file was fixed before TL-2009 was released.
