Many of the "fixed width" fonts have a special mark on the zero and a special curl to the "ell" character to differentiate it from "one" or "I".

You may try Andale Mono, Bitstream Vera Sans Mono, or Monaco.
I think the Bitstream font and Apple's "Menlo" are particularly geared towards this use.
