Download update-tlmgr-latest.sh from http://texlive.guiling.fr/  
(there is also http://texlive.guiling.fr/update-tlmgr- 
latest.sh.sha256 to check that you downloaded the right file) and  
execute the shell script as in

	sudo sh <path to update-tlmgr-latest.sh>

The (g)sha256sum is part of the GNU core utilities, provided by Fink  
or MacPorts.
