[OS X TeX] Problem with TeX Live Utility

Your version of tlmgr is too old.  The --repository option was added  
some weeks ago.

You have a couple of options:

- update using the command line
- update using the previous version of TeX Live Utility

After tlmgr.infra is updated, you should be able to use the current  
version of TLU to update any remaining packages.
