[OS X TeX] Flow charts in Mactex

 Hi!

I googled quite a bit, but didnt get much information for making good flow charts in latex.  Pstricks and TIKZ are two packages which came across. So before giving time to any one of them, just for the advice regarding where to start and which one is better.
