Howdy,

Now delete TLU's preference file, ~/Library/Preferences/ 
com.google.mactlmgr.TeX_Live_Utility.plist, and restart TLU which will  
create a new one. Check the second item in TeX Live Utility- 
 >Preferences to see that it shows usr and texbin. Optionally set the  
server although the default should work fine.
