I always read McGarry's posts even though, most of the time, they  
were way above me but I liked his style and I thought that, somehow,  
what he wrote would percolate. Once, after a very long request from  
me, he responded with:

"Carsten Heinz's polynom.sty works well for me."

Brief and to the point. And, indeed, it worked well for me too.

I will miss him.
