[OS X TeX] How to use LaTeX3 ?

Hi,

Yes I check the FAQ but with MAC TEX 2008 I don't have expl3 but
  with the 2009 version it's fine.

I have another question : is it possible to use TeX Live Utility now
  with MAC TEX 2009 and if the answer is positive,
  what is the server that should be used?
