[OS X TeX] TeXShop---don't raise preview when using external editor

Use GNU Emacs 23.0.92 in X11. This combination seems to work better.
(On Tiger, Mac OS X 10.4.11, TeXShop does not steal the focus when it
updates after a TeX run.)
Arggh! No – TeXShop, when it launches as simple PDF viewer,
notoriously steals the focus from X11. And it's no workaround to
launch it at login time: later, when it opens a new viewer window, it
steals the focus although it's already on top and the PDF view is
unobscured. This could be general Aqua behaviour ...
