[OS X TeX] How to update MacTex

Yes. Foil is not in TeX Live because it comes with a license which is  
too restrictive. But it is free for individual use and you can easily  
obtain it by typing foil.cls in Google.

Put this file in

	~/Library/texmf/tex/latex

(or a subfolder of this location) and you are off to the races. Here ~/ 
Library is the Library folder in your home directory. You may have to  
create the subdirectories.
