[OS X TeX] Fonts: Headline and Title

(Re)installing Fourier on my Mac, I see that the genuine Uotpia font  
offers 2 different shapes :

utttl——.* => FullName Utopia Titling Capitals
uthd___.* => FullName Utopia Headline

The texlive file map/fontname/adobe.map refers to these files with the  
following lines:

putrd8a   Utopia-Titling                    A    105    utttl___
putrd8a   Utopia-Headline                   A    901    uthd____

i.e. with the same "Berry" name.

Which name(s) to give to each file in such a way to get both working?
