1) Once again I would like to thank all those who helped me to deal  
with margins and with indexing.

2) It is not only the subject matter that I am interested in. After  
nearly  four decades of teaching I often reflect on its efficiency.  
Latex gives me a chance to be a student and to think about the  
learning process in general. Unlike Geometry, Calculus and Physics,  
Latex did not have a chance to mature. Ideally, students should be  
provided with "logical glue" to proceed from what they known to what  
they not know.
