[OS X TeX] Utopia Fonts

Hello everybody,

I recently discovered the "fourier" package, and I liked the look of
the Utopia font so much that I would consider buying the full set of
"Utopia expert" fonts. The problem is, I have no clue about
"installing fonts" for LaTeX. So I have a couple of supposedly stupid
questions:

- What kind of font packages (I mean, which format) would I actually
have to buy?
- What do I have to do in order to install them for LaTeX (are there
more detailed instructions somewhere)?
- Do I understand correctly that, when I buy these fonts, I would also
be able to use them in other word processors (such as Pages)?

And finally:

- Would you have other recommendations for me with regard to a nice
and complete set of fonts that look a little "stronger" and "compact"
than Computer Modern (or Latin Modern, respectively)?

Thanks for suggestions.

Best regards
Holger
