[OS X TeX] TeX on MacOS X Wiki accounts

We have temporarily left accounts open, which means if you think you  
may want to help, please get an account now. We are presuming that it  
won't be long before we need to tighten access (spammers), and getting  
an account will require administrator approval. So, to save me the  
hassle, and you the delay, if you think you may want to edit it in the
