[OS X TeX] Using LaTeX in Word?

The best that I can think of is LaTexIt
http://ktd.club.fr/programmation/latexit_en.php
It does not take care of equation numbering in the document, however.   
It will work with any program that can import images (pdf, jpg, png,  
etc.)
